B27 rats Tn cultured under Th17 polarizing conditions produce heightened levels of IL-17. Sorted-naive T cells (CD4+CD25−CD62L+) from B27 or control (NTG-circle or B7-triangle) rats were cultured in Th17 differentiation conditions as indicated in figure legend. At day-6, IL-17 levels were evaluated in supernatants by ELISA. Values are mean + SEM of 3 rats/group. Paired t test * p < 0.05 **p < 0.005
